Our conference center, the Halberstadt Hunting Lodge, is located in the geographic center of Germany. This makes it quick and easy for participants to get here. It’s about a 45-minute drive from Magdeburg, 1.5 hours from Leipzig, and 2 hours from Hanover. If you’re traveling by train, we offer a shuttle service.

Our kitchen provides the culinary backdrop for your successful event, ranging from a varied lunch featuring soups, salads, and a variety of main courses to an exclusive dinner buffet in the evening. Alternatively, you can enjoy a barbecue on the terrace of the hunting lodge to round out the day, or gather at the wine bar in the rock cellar.

For creative breaks, our conference team will provide you with a selection of fresh fruit, homemade cakes and pastries, as well as coffee, tea, and soft drinks.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, we offer package rates for half-day, full-day, and multi-day seminars, conferences, and meetings. Once we know what format you’re looking for, we’ll put together a customized quote for you.

Yes, room and equipment rental are included in the conference packages. We provide you with seating, a projector, a screen, a flip chart, a bulletin board, and a facilitator’s kit, among other items. Sound systems and headsets can be booked separately.

We’d be happy to put together a customized program featuring activities such as a scavenger hunt in Spiegelsberge Landscape Park or team sports challenges.

The K6 Seminar Hotel is a great place to stay—our partner hotel is just a short walk away. Alternatively, feel free to use our shuttle service!

The hunting lodge—including the hall, winter garden, and hunting room—as well as the restrooms are accessible. The rock cellar, however, can only be reached via stairs. For overnight stays, the fully accessible K6 seminar hotel is a great option.

There are only a few parking spaces at the hunting lodge itself, but you can use the large hotel parking lot at the Seminarhotel K6 (Kirschallee). Charging stations for electric cars are also available there. From the parking lot, you can reach the hunting lodge in just a few minutes on foot or by taking our shuttle service.

From Magdeburg, you should plan on about 45 minutes for the trip; from Leipzig, 1.5 hours; from Berlin, 2.5 hours; and from Hamburg, 3.5 hours.
